At ConsultAashra, we provide personalized virtual styling services that involve dedicated time and effort from our styling team.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your booking before our styling team begins working on your request. Once the styling process has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

If ConsultAashra cancels a confirmed booking due to reasons within our control, an applicable refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

For services involving a scheduled consultation, rescheduling may be possible depending on stylist availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
